I provide top quality and in depth 1on1, and small group training sessions based on international styles of hockey. To be the best, train like the best.
Personalized Field Hockey Training Programs. Ages 8 – Adult
Coach Lindo 1:1 FH training program focuses on technical excellence through an individualized development plan. Personal training gives a player the opportunity to receive 1v1 attention to build the skills based on their position and to get as much time on the ball as possible.
Small group (max 6) Field Hockey Programs. Ages 8 – Adult
Coach Lindo small group programs still emphasis the personal touch and are capped at 6.
Groups are based on skill level not ages and the focus is building and enhancing those key skills needed in todays modern game.
Still lots of in depth tuition and plenty of touches on the ball to build the skills
